Leadership is Constant With the Question of “Possibility’

Peter Block, in a 2005 address to the Servant Leadership Conference in Indianapolis, IN, had this to say:

“The conversation of possibility is one that can help us create an alternative future. The power of asking questions. Questions like: ‘What’s possible?’ or ‘What’s the possibility I came here to live into or to create?’ Possibilities have to be unreachable.”

What strikes you as different between asking someone, “What are our goals? and asking, “What’s possible?”
