Constant Leadership is Making Others Successful

Our eyes off of us, and on those we serve, is the most effective way for a leader to grow.

A good friend tells me that when looking at those whom you serve, whether it’s 2 people or 20, the leader must ask himself a question for each person, not the group as a whole, and the question is, “What does______most need to experience next?” It’s a powerful question as it gets straight at the heart of what exactly, I can do to serve_______in order to help them become better, grow as a leader, deal with a recurring problem, etc.
